		<description>I had never thought about the railway crossings thing.  Sounds like a good idea, however I'm sure you would encounter local oppostion for the necessary road building.</description>

		<description>I sense someone who's as frustrated with the new junction on the A33 on the way into Reading as I am. 

Why on earth did the local traffic planners remove a more or less functional roundabout, and replace it with a set of lights that cause traffic to backup in all directions ?</description>
