		<description>At last, someone with the courage to tell the obvious truth on transport.  In the last decade, my journey has become more expensive and slower due to congestion.  Clearly buring more petrol to make the same journey must be insane which ever way you look at it.
In the meantime a succession of transport ministers have lectured me about being a planet wrecking vandal and urging me to use inappropriate, expensive, over-capacity public transport (whilst driving around in ministerial cars!).</description>
