		<description>The BBC would have to investigate itself as the BBC is a tax. How people can justify the licence fee is beyond belief. How about a few titles for the BBCs day-long 'War on Waste' say 'How money was lost in the NHS' or '3.4 billion down the New Deal drain' 'Government gravy-train express' or best of all 'Jonothan Ross and his 18 million BBC contract...paid for by your licence fee'</description>
