All members of my family are now starting to take antioxidents and zinc.I've even put my Mother(has C.O.P.D)and Father on antioxidents. The real worrying aspect of Swine Flu is that it penetrates into the deeper layers of the lungs (which makes it particlarly harmful)this is where antioxidents can really help as they help protect the lungs.
