Mass lobbies of parliament

If you would like to see John as part of a mass lobby of parliament, it is helpful to have advance warning. John is always happy to meet his constituents when they come to Westminster, but sometimes the Commons authorities do not alert us when there is someone waiting to see him, or there will be a diary clash which could have been avoided had we known that you would be coming to Parliament.
